Send a WhatsApp template to many leads at once

Select leads, pick an approved template, review and send.

On CRM → Leads, tick the leads you want (or choose “Select all matching this filter”), then press Send WhatsApp.

Pick an approved template and fill each variable — for example the lead's name or company. Review the summary: leads without a number, duplicate numbers and leads marked “Do not message” are skipped automatically.

Press Send. Messages go out in batches. You can follow progress, retry failures and resume an interrupted send from WhatsApp → Bulk sends.

Opt-outs

If a lead replies STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, they are marked “Do not message” and excluded from future bulk sends.
