Passwords, sign-in and email confirmation
Reset a forgotten password and what to do if sign-in is paused.
Forgot your password
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. We email a link that is valid for one hour.
Sign-in paused
After 5 wrong passwords in a row, sign-in is paused for 15 minutes to protect your account. Resetting your password lifts the pause immediately.
Confirm your email
After signing up we email you a confirmation link. You need to confirm your email before paying. Didn't get it? Use “Resend email” in the banner at the top of the app, and check your spam folder.
